FAQs
Do I need to be home during the unpack?
Not at all. Many of our clients hand over the keys and return to a fully organised home. We handle everything, and your lead organiser keeps you updated throughout the day.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as soon as your move date is confirmed. We're often booked 2–3 weeks ahead, especially around peak moving periods.
What areas of London do you cover?
We cover all London postcodes. If you're just outside London, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What if I need more days than your packages cover?
Simply get in touch and we'll put together a bespoke quote based on the size of your home and what you need.
