Shula, Bex & Nicole - Luxury home unpacking service in London

Meet the Team

Hi! We’re Shula, Bex and Nicole, the professional organisers behind Settle in Style.

After helping hundreds of clients unpack and transform their new spaces, we decided to focus on what we love most: bringing calm, clarity and intention to the chaos of moving home.

Let’s face it, moving is exhausting and most people just want to crash on the sofa and deal with the mess later. But "later" often turns into weeks of rummaging through boxes and feeling unsettled.

We believe your home should feel functional and inviting from day one.

Whether you're a busy professional, a family juggling the logistics of daily life or simply someone who wants to skip the stress and enjoy their new space right away, we're here to make it happen.

From unpacking the essentials to organising every drawer and detail, we look forward to helping you get settled in style.

After 20 years in financial project management, I found my real passion in creating calm, organised homes. A skill honed over years of raising a busy family. Getting a home in order can feel overwhelming, which is where I come in to help you work through it and set things up in a way that actually functions. My aim is simple, to give you a home that feels calmer and easier to live in.

    • Tea of coffee? A strong black coffee first thing.

    • What’s your favourite space to organise? A basement

    • Favourite decluttering quote: When a client says “I’ve been looking for this! I thought it was lost!”

My love of interiors and organisation goes back further than I'd like to admit. I've watched every home show going. After 20 years in real estate and finance, I know exactly what it feels like to be pulled in a million directions, and how much difference an organised home can make. I bring a can-do attitude, and a sense of humour to every job.

    • Tea of coffee? An oat flat white at kick off, then builder’s tea for the rest of the day.

    • What’s your favourite space to organise? A kitchen

    • Favourite decluttering quote: “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” (William Morris)

After ten years in fashion production in New York, I moved to London and worked as a stylist and shopping editor, where I discovered what I really loved was creating order out of chaos. I know what it's like to juggle a home, a family, and a fast-moving life, because I've lived it. I bring patience, care, and zero judgement to every home I work in.

    • Tea or coffee? Black coffee first thing

    • What’s your favourite space to organise? Wardrobe but a close second is a junk drawer

    • Favourite decluttering quote: “Do you want the item or the space?”
