Our Process
How we decide where things go
Through your consultation and a quick check-in on the day, we learn what you need within easy reach and what can live somewhere less accessible. That tells us, for example, what belongs on the kitchen counter and what goes in a cupboard. Then we group like items together into intuitive categories.
We make sure everything you own fits comfortably into the space you have and in a way that keeps friction to a minimum. Everything is arranged so you can see it and reach it easily.
The order we work in
We work in whatever order matters most to you. Most clients start with the kitchen, because it’s the busiest room in the house and the one that needs to work first. Bedrooms come next, so you have somewhere comfortable to sleep on your first night. From there we move on to the study, utility room, spare bedroom, loft and any other spaces.
At the end of the day
Before we leave, we’ll make sure that all boxes are broken down and ready for removal, that each space we have worked in is clear of packaging and any rubbish. Finally, we’ll walk through each space with you, so you know where everything is.
