Can't my removal company just unpack for me?
They can open boxes and place items on surfaces but that's typically where it ends. Removal companies aren't trained organisers. We spend the entire day creating systems that work for how you actually live, not just emptying boxes as quickly as possible.
Is it much more expensive than using my removal company's unpacking add-on?
Not as much as you'd think. Removal companies can charge up to £50 per hour per person for basic unpacking. Our flat-rate packages include a dedicated project lead, a pre-visit consultation, and a specialist two-person team — with a result that's incomparable to a standard unpack add-on.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not at all. Many clients head out for the day and return to a completely organised home. Your project lead will keep you updated throughout and can call if any decisions need making.
How quickly can you come after our move?
As soon as we have availability — ideally within a few weeks of your move date. Book as early as you can to secure your preferred date. Same week bookings are sometimes available.
